The company was previously owned by a Main Dealer Blue Bell of Wilmslow BMW until March 2013, when it was sold to the existing management team of Andrew Crowe and Steve Brooke. Our team has a combined 70+ years of experience in the motor trade, and we continually invest in training, equipment and advanced technologies.

Andrew is a qualified accountant and has over 20 years’ experience with BMW as a finance director in the motor industry.
Steve Brooke – Managing Director

BMW trained since 1995 and manager of Blue Bell Altrincham since 1998 has over 27 year’s experience with the BMW & Mini. Now with 10 years of experience with other German car brands gaining substantial knowledge and experience with manufacture diagnostic & tooling. Altrincham Autotecnic’s MOT Manager ensuring quality & up to date training within his team. Steve is extremely customer focused – creating a healthy relationship leaving you reassured and smiling before you leave.
Chris Brooke – Director
Master Technician
Son of Steve Brooke – Starting his apprenticeship at age 16 in 2008. BMW trained and now has 14 years of experience with German car brands. Continuous training in new technologies including Hybrid & Electric. MOT tester with up-to-date training. Unrivalled attention & success to fault finding where other garages have failed. Like father like son creating healthy relationships with our customers spending the time needed to create positive feedback.
Andrew O’Malley
Service Advisor
One of our most important members of staff whether it be bookings, calls for advice or parts required Andrew has the experience needed to ensure everything runs smoothly, on time and the correct information & parts supplied to our team. Working for Blue Bell of Wilmslow in 2009 as a member of the parts department – Joining our team in 2014 he now has 13 years of experience within the motor trade.
While Andrew may not have the mechanical skills although adept, his knowledge of German cars and experience with us have made him into an excellent service advisor and is more than happy to answer questions or give advice.
Matthew Haynes
Senior Technician
Starting his apprenticeship at age 16 in 2007 working at a different family run garage – aspired to be a technician from an early age, now with his technical knowledge second to none constantly advancing. Joining our team in 2014 he now has 15 years of experience. His mechanical knowledge and passion for fault finding, has led Matthew to become a leading member of our team. Equally having continuous training with manufacturer diagnostic, German car brands & electric/hybrid training. Mot tester with up-to-date training. As with all our team Matthew is friendly and always on hand to talk to our customers for clear knowledge & advice.
