You can drop your car off at our garage and in most cases your vehicle will be ready for collection the same day.
Customer Waiting Area
Generally most servicing can be carried out while you wait, we have a comfortable waiting area with free WiFi and hot and cold drinks, with a viewing area where you can watch our technicians working on your vehicle.
Loan Car
If your vehicle needs to stay with us for a day or longer then you are able to pre-book one of our loan vehicles* for a small fee to keep you mobile.

Digital Service History Updates & Onboard Display
All new German Car models now have Digital Service History records. This means no more service book, plus peace of mind that your service history cannot be lost or falsified.
We are Altrincham’s leading German Car Independent Service Centre. Via our registered access to the BMW, MERCEDES-BENZ, VAG Service History Portal we can fully update your Online Digital Service Record, keeping your service history up to date.
We will update your Digital Service History after we complete your service. It then gets replicated on the vehicle’s onboard display (if equipped), keeping a record that is quick and easy for you to access.
No Digital Service History? No worries. If your vehicle has a conventional paper service booklet, which we will stamp accordingly when you service your vehicle with us.
